Pre-Order Policy

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We require payment at the time of purchase. These orders can not be cancelled prior to order fulfillment. Should there be any issues with fulfilling your order, we will provide a full refund.

1. Payment for pre-orders is due upon placing the order.
2. Pre-Orders can not be cancelled once payment is submitted.
3. Linen & Lush Boutique has no control over when an item arrives, but we will provide the ship date in which we have been given. This is an ESTIMATE based on the manufacturers production schedule. These items may arrive prior to, or after, the estimated ship date. Linen & Lush is not responsible for any delays that are out of our control. We aim to ship out all pre-orders same day once we receive them. You will receive updated tracking information once your order has shipped.
4. We do not offer refunds on pre-ordered items, as these items were ordered exclusively for you. We will only offer store credit should you wish to return the product. If you are needing a different size, please email us at info@shoplinenandlush.com and we will do our best to exchange the product. Please understand that size exchanges are not guaranteed.
5. If you combine in-stock and pre-ordered items, ALL items will be shipped at the time the pre-ordered item is available.
6. By placing an order for a pre-order item, this means you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
